As a Legacy ERP IT Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the transformation of various ERP systems from legacy platforms to modern solutions such as Oracle Fusion ERP. This position plays a critical role in the execution of comprehensive ERP migration projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
What you will do:
- Lead the planning and execution of ERP migration projects, ensuring they adhere to defined roadmaps and project plans.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including Business Partners, Project Managers, and Solution Architects to design solutions that meet functional and technical specifications.
- Manage delivery resources, both internal and external, to achieve successful project outcomes.
- Utilize methodologies such as waterfall and agile to drive project progress and maintain alignment across teams.
- Establish governance structures to ensure compliance with technical standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate communication across various teams to resolve conflicts and overcome obstacles, ensuring focus on project goals in a matrix environment.
- Support knowledge transfer to application and infrastructure support teams to enhance operational efficiency post-implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in IT, with a strong background in ERP system delivery, particularly in legacy to cloud migrations.
- Proven experience leading complex ERP projects, including the management of cross-functional teams.
- Extensive knowledge of Oracle Fusion and related ERP systems.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical information to diverse audiences.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
