What you will do

As Global Service IT Lead, you’ll be responsible for guiding a team in the standardization, governance, and enhancement of our global Salesforce ecosystem, providing essential support to Residential and Light Commercial sales teams worldwide. The primary objective is to consolidate existing systems into a single Salesforce instance while delivering functional improvements and collaborating with business leaders to develop a strategic enhancement roadmap.

Additionally, you'll align with business partners across EMEA and APAC, overseeing non-Salesforce projects related to Analytics, Data Lakes, Power BI reporting, and Automation, working closely with Regional Business Relationship Managers to monitor and provide guidance on developed projects, including initiatives such as AirCloud Select & Web and AirCloud Alarm.

How you will do it

  • Drive global Salesforce standardization, governance, and enhancements
  • Collaborate with regional business leadership in Europe and Asia.
  • Support Regional Business Relationship Managers in maintaining tools and systems in Europe and Asia.
  • Evaluate existing information processing systems for effectiveness and develop new systems to enhance production and workflow as necessary.
  • Uphold the Company’s Code of Conduct and Business Ethics standards.
  • Accountable for managing the IT investments for a business unit or function with regional or country-level scope.
  • Analyze, design, test, deploy, and support IT solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Support the business unit or function by gathering requirements and designing solutions for IT products or projects.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful outcomes and adherence to project timelines.

What we look for

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, with demonstrated experience in Salesforce.
  • Fluency in English language along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong ability to engage with various levels of business leadership, including Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
  • Proven capability to provide direction and leadership to development teams, quality assurance, and other partners.
  • Strong logical and analytical thinking skills in a problem-solving environment.
  • Ability to foster strong working relationships with team members and business leaders.
  • Creative and abstract reasoning capabilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with strong sense of responsibility and a commitment to achieving business results.
  • Desire to gain comprehensive knowledge of product functions and capabilities.
  • Commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and general internet software and email applications.

Preferred

  • Managerial and Project management experience.
  • Familiarity with Oracle, SAP systems, and Microsoft Solutions.
  • Knowledge of the HVAC/VRF business and experience operating in European and Asian markets.
  • Familiarity with business processes in the EU and APAC regions.
  • Certificates in SalesForce Administrator, SalesForce Marketing Cloud, SalesForce Sales Representatives and/or Experience with Pardot Account Enagement
