What you will do

The Project Coordinator will be a part of the OpenBlue Digital Delivery organization for the Middle East region.

You will be based in Dubai and directly interacting with our customers and internal stakeholders on a daily basis, improving the customer experience and driving continuous improvements in operation excellence. As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your administrator capabilities to deliver in a multicultural environment.

How you will do it

Project Coordinator Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage and prioritize all project-related administrative tasks for the Digital team.
  • Receive, screen, record, and assign activities, ensuring timely closure of all tasks.
  • Handle ERP system transactions and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs).

Documentation Support:

  • Assist with project documentation and document control activities as needed.
  • Ensure all transactional activities in the ERP are validated and performed promptly, closing transactions before the invoicing month-end.

Accounts Receivable:

  • Participate in accounts receivable activities.
  • Maintain comprehensive project records and backups.

Project Support:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for project activities.
  • Follow up with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Validate data sheets and transition checklists from sales to delivery.
  • Ensure pre-requisite checklists are completed.

Additional Duties:

  • Perform any other duties as assigned within ongoing projects.

•            0-1 year of work experience in similar field.

•            Excellent communication skills

•            Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint user

•            Strong planning and prioritization skills with a structured approach to work.

•            Ability to multi-task and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

•            Clear communicator with both with colleagues and customers.

•            Comfortable with computer systems and able to handle multiple PC applications simultaneously.
