What you will do

As a Direct Sales Representative for ADT you’ll be generating sales of our Smart Home Security Systems throughout a geographical area. You’ll work with customers to design a system that leaves them safe in the knowledge that they have the best security system for their home.

How you will do it

As a Direct Sales Representative, you’ll be given everything you need to build a sales career. By providing a comprehensive training program for you, ADT ensures you have everything you need to succeed. This includes a company car, phone & tablet, as well as training on brand knowledge, technical understanding & sales techniques.

This position benefits from a high level of pre-booked, qualified appointments, with excellent additional bonus available for representatives taking initiative and securing business via selfgenerated referrals, door-knocking and cold-calling from existing data lists.

Your consultative approach and expert knowledge will leave your customers eager to ensure they refer you to friends, family, neighbours & colleagues.

  • Individuals who enjoy speaking interacting with people every day & who will possess the ability to build on this interaction & create strong relationships.

  • Applicants must be self-motivated & highly organised to succeed as they will manage their own diary & time. This a fantastic role for those looking wanting a flexible work-life balance.

  • Candidates need to be persistent, resolute in focusing on results and able to set tough objectives, monitor progress and if necessary, take corrective action.

  • Previous experience in a people focused & sales targets driven environment.

Preferred

We would love if applicants had a level of Field Sales or General Sales Consultant experience & a successful track record of achievements. However, this is not essential, as we will provide all the tools and training needed to succeed.
