Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced .NET Developer with over 6 years of experience to join our dynamic development team. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions using .NET technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative applications that meet business requirements and enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement software applications using .NET technologies including ASP.NET, C#, and VB.NET.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing applications to improve performance and usability.
- Contribute to the architectural design and implementation of scalable applications.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development processes.
- Document technical specifications and maintain documentation for future reference.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in software development using .NET technologies.
- Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET, and Oracle DB.
- Experience with SQL Server and database design.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Experience in Angular or related front-end technology.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
