Job Title: Data Analyst Operational Excellence

Job Description:

Responsible for creating data sets and performing analytics and statistical modeling for various areas of the business. The Data Analyst will design data visualizations and examine trends to make recommendations for business questions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data quality and provide actionable insights that drive business strategies.

How you will do it:

• Design and implement data models and analytical solutions to derive insights from large datasets.
• Utilize SQL and other programming languages to extract and manipulate data for analysis.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and other visualization tools to effectively communicate findings.
• Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
• Ensure data quality and integrity by conducting regular audits and validation checks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data processes and improve overall operational efficiency.
• Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests from management and other departments.

What we look for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Excel.
• Experience with statistical analysis tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
