Job Title: Technical Support SME

Location: Shanghai, China

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pre-sales Technical Support Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between our technical capabilities and customer needs, ensuring that our solutions not only meet but exceed customer expectations.

What You Will Do:

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop tailored technical presentations and proposals.
  • Provide expert technical support during the sales process, guiding customers through product features, benefits, and differentiation.
  • Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions, showcasing our solutions' value and effectiveness.
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback and insights, ensuring continuous improvement of our offerings and addressing any concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed technical documentation, including specifications, installation instructions, and user manuals, to support sales efforts.
  • Organize and lead training sessions for sales teams and partners on new products, market trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to represent the company and promote our technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment between customer needs and our technical capabilities.

What We Look For:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a pre-sales or technical support role, preferably in the HVAC or related industry.
  • Deep understanding of HVAC systems, technologies, and applications.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities.

Preferred:

  • Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
