What will you do?

The Total Planner Maintenance Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising maintenance activities at our facilities, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity in the execution of maintenance work. The Manager must develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans, manage resources and personnel, and analyze data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

How will you do it?

• Develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans to ensure asset availability and reliability.

• Coordinate and supervise the work of maintenance teams, ensuring quality and safety in the execution of work.

• Manage resources and personnel, including task assignment and performance monitoring.

• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Implement and maintain maintenance management systems, including documentation and tracking of work performed.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the integration of maintenance plans with production and quality objectives.
