What you will do:

Logistic Supervisor role will be responsible to provide complex support to Sales, Project Delivery and 3rd parties on various logistic support including problems. 

The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing logistics processes, transportation, and warehouse management. The role may involve:

• Applying for import applications to customs or government agencies to obtain permissions for components imported for business operations.
• Arranging customs clearance with shipping agents and logistics providers.
• Providing import and export shipping documents.
• Coordinating with shipping companies to ensure timely imports of components.
• Collecting import documents and matching invoices for payment to suppliers and shipping companies.
• Checking and verifying forwarder's billing invoices according to agreed rates.
• Managing goods receipt and issuing transactions, including picking up and putting away goods in storage locations.
• Preparing goods for delivery to branches or customer locations, including arranging appropriate transportation.
• Performing monthly cycle counts and year-end stocktaking.
• Executing specific warehouse functions related to distribution products and third-party logistics.
• Maintaining stock records with computerized checks to ensure numbers in stock match records as assigned by the supervisor.

• Strong knowledge in warehouse and logistics management, including inbound and outbound logistics regulations, customs formalities, and international regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong initiative and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient command of written and spoken English and computer literacy.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as iScala and SAP processes.
