Position Overview: The Service Delivery Team leader will assist the Supervisor in overseeing and optimizing the order fulfillment process and ensuring high quality standards in our EMEA distribution center. This role combines proactive quality assurance and reactive quality control, focusing on process quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Performance:

  • Providing guidance and motivation to the team members
  • Assess employee 1 on 1 talks every month
  • Help the team with continuous development through coaching and training.

Production and Personnel Planning:

  • Align personnel planning with tasks to ensure quality, efficiency, and adherence to deadlines.
  • Use system inputs to create daily work schedules and adjust as needed.
  • Monitor sustainable employability of employees.

Customer Satisfaction:

  • Monitor backorder management, customer-specific orders, and complaints.
  • Monitor optimal delivery reliability and high customer satisfaction through professional after-sales services.
  • Solve problems with the execution or transport of orders.

Collaboration:

  • Proactively consult with colleagues to fulfill customer and supplier agreements.
  • Foster long-term partnerships internally and externally.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Help with the implementation of quality improvement plans to achieve objectives in processing times for product quality issues, and customer complaints.
  • Report accurate statistics and follow up on problems and trends visible from the data.

Daily Activities:

  • Control KPIs on a daily basis.
  • Lead the daily Control Center meeting.
  • Monitor the complaint file and use analyses for improvement.
  • Monitor the daily order report and inbound & outbound quality inspections.
  • Take part in the weekly complaint meetings with stakeholders.
  • Monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of the order fulfillment process.
  • Analyze order-related data to generate reports and provide insights for decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • MBO/HBO
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in order fulfillment, warehouse management, or quality assurance.
  • Proven experience in leading and motivating teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate reports and provide insights.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using order management systems and other relevant software.
