What you will do
1. Implement traditional service sales growth plan, responsible for Order Secured, Secured GM% to achieve or exceed plan covering PSA, L&M and Parts.
2. Implement and drive pricing policy and other sales policies in branch to deliver sales target & profitable growth.
3. Drive sales excellence by sales management on pipeline, discipline, productivity etc. by SFDC. Manage service outlook for Branch as well as by individual.
4. Continuously improve customer satisfaction.
What we look for
1. Strong & proven Sales leading experience in past, has ability on growth plan and selling, strategic thinking, sales management experience as must,
2. Experience of having led a sizable sales team in the past, proven performance on Order booking and profitable growth.
3. Strong pipeline management experience & skill on commercial negotiation.
4. Knowledge on and familiar with service delivery including being able to contribute incremental improvement ideas.
5. Can work under pressure.
6. Basic technical or knowledge in HVAC/BAS, familiar with HVAC/Control industry, should be familiar with service nature,
7. Require good communication skills
