Responsibilities include:
Developing digital service sales funnel and meeting sales quota.
Understand and follow sales processes to generate revenue and digital subscription.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of the new services and competition status.
Deep understanding of markets, customers, and competitors to target needs and drive sales.
Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales forecast.
Generate timely sales reports.
Conduct market research, trends, competitors and customer analysis.
Develop and implement new sales initiatives and strategies.
Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them.
Extensive knowledge of digital sales, digital platforms, technical markets, pricing models, channels of distribution, technology trends, customer buying patterns and budgeting.
Job brief
Digital Service Sales Engineer role is customer facing and you will be responsible to generate sales pipeline, position OpenBlue solution portfolio to the excising install-base and new customers to ensure high customer satisfaction index and expand our service business.
Educate and encourage our service customers to leverage digital technology and new innovative approaches. Position JCI as their partner throughout their digital transformation journey.
Educate and promote OpenBlue digital service portfolio, the IoT, Digital solutions and services within the commercial construction and vertical markets that includes existing install-base as well new customers in various vertical business.
Develop and present digital transformation roadmaps to our customers, define projects and implementation and integration recommendations that best match with the customer’s existing environment and that meet customer expectations.
