What You Will Do
Johnson Controls is seeking a dedicated and technically proficient VRF Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team in İzmir. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving direct channel sales to expand our market presence and achieve ambitious growth targets. You will focus on selling RAC & PAC & VRF products, growing our market share with new and existing resellers.

  • Utilize your in-depth technical knowledge of VRF systems to sell and service customers within assigned channel accounts, driving product revenue and achieving sales goals.
  • Engage in face-to-face networking with key stakeholders to establish and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Conduct competitive analysis of the local marketplace and collaborate with technical experts for market development activities.
  • Manage the sales process from converting inquiries into sales, following up on quotations, and ensuring timely delivery of equipment.
  • Utilize strong planning, organization, and time management skills to effectively manage multiple priorities.


How You Will Do It

  • Utilize strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to drive sales and meet objectives.
  • Adopt a customer-oriented approach to work, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Effectively communicate verbally and in writing to engage with customers and internal teams.
  • Utilize your financial understanding to drive product revenue and margin results.
  • Fluent in English to communicate effectively with both local and international stakeholders.
  • Actively hold a B class driver's license to travel as required.


What We Look For
Required

  • 2+ years of experience in reseller channel management in the HVAC industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, including the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
  • Strong commercial mindset.
  • A customer-oriented way of working.
  • A team player with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good financial understanding.
  • Fluent language skills in English.
  • Active B class driver license.
  • Ability to travel.

Preferred

  • Comprehensive technical and operational knowledge of the industry is an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
