Location: Remote / Combination of in-person and remote if in Milwaukee, WI or Washington, DC

Hours: 40 hours per week

We are seeking a motivated and self-starting intern to join our Sustainability and External Affairs department. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work across three dynamic teams: Sustainability, Government Relations, and Philanthropy and Community Affairs. The intern will gain hands-on experience in corporate sustainability initiatives, policy and regulatory research, and philanthropic and volunteer programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Sustainability team on various corporate sustainability initiatives, reporting submissions and competitive benchmarking.
  • Assist the Government Relations team with policy and regulatory research and Political Action Committee activities.
  • Support the Philanthropy and Community Affairs team in managing philanthropic and volunteer initiatives.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office products to create reports, presentations, and other documents.

Qualifications:

  • Strong self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Interest in sustainability, government relations, and philanthropy.
  • Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university
  • U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S.
