What you will do

• Lead and manage Material Control and Customer Service teams for the plant

• Coordinate and manage the plant Inventory, Operations Plan and MPS (Master production Scheduling)

processes

• Recognize and manage all demands for products from customers by driving Material Control processes

• Ensure Material control plans are in align, realistic and consistent with customers’ orders, plant objectives and

capacities

• Manage RM inventory load of the plant and propose resource allocations regarding customer demands

What we look for

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related fields, with the basics of SCM from APICS certification

• Proven 3 of working experience in Supply Chain Management

• Prior functional experience in a sizeable production plant, preferably in electronics components parts or

printed circuit board

• Knowledge of SC planning tools and SC physical flow tools to implement Just in time

• Demonstrable business management skills in manufacturing operations environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint) as well as Internet software and

E-mail

• Knowledge of ERPs, SAP is preferred

• Able to analyze and interpret complex technical procedures, business periodicals, journals as well as report

preparations and procedure development

• Fluency in English is a must, and fluency in Mandarin and/or Japanese a strong preference
