What You Will Do

The GPO OTC Cash Applications Manager will be responsible for defining and implementing OTC policies, designing and optimizing cash application processes, setting SLA and KPI targets, driving continuous improvement, and leading transformation initiatives across all regions.

How You Will Do It

• Define and Implement OTC Policies: Develop and enforce comprehensive OTC policies to ensure efficient and compliant cash application processes across all regions.
• Process Design and Optimization: Analyze current cash application processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimized solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness globally.
• Define SLA and KPI Targets: Establish and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction in cash applications.
• Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing cash application processes, gathering feedback, and implementing best practices.
• Drive Transformation Initiatives and IT Enhancements: Lead and manage global transformation projects aimed at improving OTC cash application processes and systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

What We Look For:

Required

• Minimum 5 years experience in Collections or related area
• Communicative level of English
• Willingness to develop and learn
• Communicative, collaborative, team player, proactive attitude, flexibility, and customer-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in Excel
• Understanding of basic accounting principles
• Strong customer service skills

Preferred

• Secondary education degree or adequate professional experience focusing on Collections/Customer care/Sales
• Experience in Oracle
