What you will do
Front Office Receptionist / Office Coordinator is a key role reporting to the Operations director, and is responsible for providing efficient support and handle General Administration tasks, while providing efficient utilization of resources in accordance with applicable standards. The office coordinator will be based in Dubai and will be in-charge of general administrative, travel & event planning, Technical training coordination activities.
As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to generate satisfactory results.
How you will do it
As a Front Office Receptionist, your responsibilities will be;
General Administration tasks:
- Office front desk activities
- Assists with event planning
- Assist with vendor setups and procurement activities (office supply)
- Coordination with Johnson Controls Facility Management or external contractors on office maintenance.
- Provides all other administrative support as needed
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Travel and Event planning
- Coordinate travel administration and travel expenses for visitors and internal personnel. Included but not limited to reservations, mode of transportation, travel dates and accommodations.
- Help to prepare event schedules and coordinate with parties as needed.
What we look for
Required:
- Bachelor Degree in business administration or similar background
- 1-3 years of working experience / Internship experience in Admin / Coordinator related activities
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Proficient in MS office
