What you will do:

The operations analyst will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and completeness of newly won commercial sales projects, with a strong focus on validation and operational efficiency. This role will be key in monitoring newly secured projects by our sales team, managing the validation case queue, and verifying that all booked deals align with company standards. The analyst will ensure all sales data is accurate, complete, and compliant with contract language, working closely with sales, finance, and cross-functional teams.

How you will do it:

• Commercial Sales Validation: Monitor and validate newly won projects to ensure all project details, terms, and required data are accurate and aligned with company policies
• Case Queue Management: Oversee and manage the case queue, prioritizing and tracking the progress of newly booked deals to ensure timely and accurate processing
• Contract Review: Work with other operations team members to ensure contracts include specific language, terms, and conditions, identifying and addressing any discrepancies
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to obtain any missing information, finance team to ensure proper alignment of booked deals and revenue recognition, and cross functional teams to ensure reporting is accurate and consistent across the organization
• Reporting and Data Management: Maintain and update key sales data within systems, ensuring all records are accurately captured for audit and reporting purposes. Manage weekly reports to ensure sales data is actively and accurately reported

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $60,600 yr-$70,000 yr.  (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
