What will you do:

Under general guidance and consistent with company policies, procedures and sound Human Resources practices, assist in the administration of compensation programs in support of JCI’s strategic goals.

How will you do it:

  • Support all operational aspects of the Total Rewards "Center of Excellence" (COE) to implement and drive standard processes and procedures regarding annual Compensation programs.

  • Provides support to Management, HR and Total Rewards Partners on a variety of compensation plans and programs.

  • Supports the development and testing of new tools, dashboards and analytics for Compensation team. Provides support to the Total Rewards data analytics team for annual pay planning process.

  • Responsible for providing incentive compensation support to global incentive team by providing analysis, building scorecards / dashboards, testing calculation tools, and general operational processes.

  • Participates in market surveys and prepares compensation data submissions on behalf of JCI.

  • Conduct market analysis to grade positions, determine pay levels and prepare supporting documentation on validity of evaluations; as part of global grading team, track and structure company positions to create consistent categories, summaries and grades globally.

  • Conducts analysis for a broad range of ad hoc compensation projects. Preparing statistics, reports, identifying trends and preparing summary of analysis to management as it relates to compensation.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related discipline required.

  • Requires one to two years of broad compensation and data analytics experience.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required. PowerBI / Alteryx / Snowflake / data analytics experience is a plus.

  • Experience with Workday and Microsoft Outlook recommended.

  • Proficient communication and teamwork skills are required.

This is a hybrid role based at our Glendale, WI office. Requires 2-3 days in office.
