What you will do

The Sales Executive, Digital Solutions is a key role based out in Dubai and will directly report to the Director of Sales - EMA & APAC for Digital Solutions and will join an emergent team that is responsible for establishing JCI as a leader of Digital Smart Building Solutions.

An expert Digital Sales Executive you are passionate about Sales activities of Open-Blue Digital solution. You will act as the liaison between internal and external customers and our digital solutions management teams. As a key associate of digital solutions business development organization, focus on growth and continued adoption of the Digital Solutions software. In this role you will have an emphasis on sales support, voice of the Key customers.

How you will do it 


Key Responsibilities:

•            Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

•            Identify and engage with key decision-makers in target organizations to present our Digital Workplace Solutions effectively.

•            Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.

•            Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with business objectives.

•            Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.

•            Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

What we look for

Required

  • Bachelor of IT / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering and/or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SaaS solution selling, with a focus on IWMS or related software solutions.
  • Consultative sales experience combined with the ability to work with multiple decision makers is essential
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in an enterprise sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of the IWMS market and the unique challenges faced by enterprise clients.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Sophisticated communications skills to negotiate solutions and resolve issues with peers, partners, and customers
  • Proven record of running end to end sales cycle
  • Strong ability to build and implement strategic plans
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, results-oriented and excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent Partner Management, communication abilities and strong presentation skills
  • Proficiency level of English spoken and written
