    What you will do:

    As a Technical Chillers expert, this role will be focused on Solution Development with complete accountability of Pre-Sales life cycle support. Drive the overall process of Application Engineering and ensure our customer receive the best solution as per requirements

  • Enterprise Accounts Ownership: Work in close collaboration with our lead Account Managers & clients as the primary contact for technical support and Pre-Sales Engineering for Chillers. You will directly work with our enterprise clients, such as Vantage, Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Keppel, Air trunk, Micron, and others, right from the Pre-tendering phase all the way to Project handover.
  • Value Engineering: Engage actively in offering the optimized solutions using available products to provide best techno commercial offering. Work closely with Chiller factories and Global Products Team on special quotes and complex technical compliance. Conduct thorough sweet spot analysis to ensure our specifications are included in the early stages of BOD projects.    
  • Basis of Design: Work closely with the BOD/Sales team to understand the Project needs and provide technical chiller solutions/specifications. By doing so, we aim to ensure that our offerings are well-integrated from the initial stages, leveraging our expertise to contribute to winning the project.
  • Global Exposure: - The candidate will work closely with the Regional Sales Team on Chillers Pre-Sales Engineering for local projects across the APAC region, covering countries like Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Hong Kong, India, Korea, Taiwan, Philippines and Australia.
  • Field product management support: - Collaborate with a cross-functional team, including Life Cycle Solutions, Sales, Global Products and Factory teams, to analyze trends, work on identifying product and solution gaps related to vertical market needs and provide insights and recommendations of new features to enhance products

  • What we look for:

  • BE/ME Mechanical or equivalent.
  • Demonstrate a high level of knowledge of Chillers – Screw, Scroll & Centrifugal.
  • A solid understanding of the principles of large refrigeration systems and associated equipment is required.
  • Preference will be given to individuals having technical expertise in Chillers.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Chillers product selection process, preparing selections, specifications review and quotations.  
  • Ability to perform successfully in a multifunctional-team-work environment and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be a quick learner & should have a keen eye for problem solving
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication 
  • Ability to demonstrate good leadership skills
  • People management experience would be an added advantage
