The ideal candidate will partner cross-functionally, especially with IT, to identify scalable solutions that drive efficiency and reduce waste.
Key Responsibilities:
- Value Stream Mapping & Documentation
- Curate and maintain consistent VSMs across functions to identify waste, scale opportunities, and resource needs.

- Capture outputs from Kaizen events and ensure documentation is standardized and accessible.
- Future-State Design & Repository Management
- Define and document future and end-state value streams aligned with enterprise goals.
- Develop and manage a centralized business systems repository (tool vs. one-off documents) to support a “pull model” for future access and use.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with IT and other stakeholders to identify and implement enterprise-wide solutions.
- Ensure alignment between functional needs and broader business system capabilities.
- Continuous Improvement
- Support ongoing simplification efforts by identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities across value streams.
- Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on VSM analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, IT, or related field; Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in process improvement, business systems analysis, or operational excellence.
- Strong understanding of value stream mapping, Kaizen methodology, and continuous improvement principles.
- Experience with business systems tools and repositories (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence, or custom platforms).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture and IT systems integration.
- Ability to translate complex processes into clear, actionable documentation.
- Experience working in cross-functional environments with competing priorities.
