Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the proper functioning of our facilities and equipment. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.
Duties:
– Analyze and troubleshoot issues with machinery, equipment, and systems
– Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubricating machinery, replacing parts, and inspecting equipment
– Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
– Weld and fabricate metal components as needed
– Conduct electrical repairs and maintenance on high voltage and low voltage systems
– Assist with HVAC/R maintenance and repairs
– Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed
Requirements:
– Proven experience in maintenance and repair work
– Strong knowledge of logic controllers, electrical systems, and precision measuring instruments
– Proficient in stick welding techniques
– Familiarity with high voltage and low voltage systems
– Ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions
– Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
– Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
