Project Coordinator Marine

What You Will Do As Marine Project Coordinator
You will collaborate closely with Sales, Procurement, and Engineering to support activities from the sales stage through project execution for both newbuild and refit projects. This role reports to the Global Marine & Navy Business Unit Leader in Italy.
What You Will Do (Sales Support)
Manage customer/tender qualification activities in collaboration with the Sales team
Support order booking activities and maintain accurate records
Coordinate the order confirmation process with Sales and Operations to ensure timely handover to execution
What You Will Do (Project Support)
Prepare security documentation for shipyard access and project execution
Support the Cash Collection team in managing past-due invoices for selected customers
Enter project orders into the ERP system and maintain data accuracy
Support supplier qualification/certification processes
What We Look For
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Administrative Assistant or Project Assistant
Experience with building automation systems is a plus
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams
Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and shifting priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Strong command of written and spoken English
