What will you do?
· The primary responsibility of this position is to execute and maintain the demand & supply planning for targeted customer groups.
· Maintain demand planning processes and systems to improve forecasting accuracy.
· Analyse sales trends based on seasons, promotions, and historical sales trends.
· Manage and influence the key stakeholders in the Demand Consensus Process. Identify insights in demand that can be used to support increased revenue.
· Maintain demand plan to ensure cost effectiveness and to meet customer demands.
· Execute product demand plans to meet organization goals.
· Implement Lead Time Reduction initiatives.
· Develop lean techniques to improve demand planning metrics and processes.
· Optimize Inventory planning according to the demand and market trends to meet cost and the service objectives.

What are we looking for?
Required:
Education and Experience:
· A bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, computer science, or a certification in operator or vendor management, such as the APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or the APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) required.
· 4+ years of experience working in planning and inventory solutions in a manufacturing environment. (experience with high growth and new product introduction is a big plus)
· Knowledge of Supply Chain processes, such as Sales and Operations Planning, MRP, Forecasting, Demand and Supply Planning, Indirect Procurement, Materials Management and Logistics.
· Use of various software and computer applications, such as Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, SAS, APO and Microsoft Office programs, required.
Skills:
· Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation. skills; comfortable and credible with both internal stakeholders and external audiences.
· A flexible, dynamic, self-demanding and proactive individual; able to motivate him/herself and others; easily accepts constructive input from others.
· Highly organized and detail-oriented individuals.
· Strong analytical thinkers with problem-solving skills and mathematical abilities.
Preferred:
· Manufacturing experience. (HVAC a plus)
· Solving Problem Oriented.
· Strong desire of learning, benchmarking.
