We have an opportunity for a Senior Fire Alarm Technician / Junior Project Manager – Auckland Region to join our Regional Project Team.
As our Senior Fire Alarm Technician / Junior Project Manager, you will be responsible regionally for the Projects Major/Minor Works and project-related Technical Support primarily. The business unit is the key support function to our Auckland branch Alarms/Sprinkler Project revenue. You will be responsible for Projects day-to-day financial, internal/external customers, Assist with design, Health & Safety and technical scope.

What you will do:
Supervise field personnel, sub-contractors and technicians as needed to ensure efficient utilisation of labour and maximum profit on contracts.
Program and administer contracts to achieve maximum returns and client satisfaction.
Identify variation opportunities within the contract scope, as well, provide support to enable successful completion of projects and maintain high delivery standards in the relevant market.
Gather requirements, deliverables, and timeframes from stakeholders.
Agree on priorities with clients.
Plan resources
Create project plans.
Communicate key milestones.
Communicate the project plan with the client.
Produce update reports for weekly review meetings internal and external
Utilise your teams skills for support as and when required.
Adhere to the critical path and have a plan to mitigate issues that invariably arise.
