Join our dynamic Inside Sales team in Bratislava and play a key role in driving growth across Austria!

As an Inside Sales Consultant, you’ll work with service technician leads to identify customer needs, prepare quotes, and secure orders for labour and materials. You’ll act as a vital link between customers, suppliers, and our field teams, ensuring seamless service and tailored solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Making introductory calls to understand customer needs and close sales

• Preparing accurate quotes using local pricing tools

• Collaborating with Field Operations and Sales teams to identify upsell opportunities

• Communicating with suppliers to support quoting and delivery

• Providing excellent customer service with regular updates and clear expectations

• Following up with customers to secure orders within set timeframes

• Handling ad hoc administrative tasks as needed

Focus Areas: Lifecycle & Modernization (L&M), Upgrades, Spare Parts

What We’re Looking For

• Completed secondary education

• Min 3year experience in B2B sales, estimation, or customer-facing roles

• Fluency in German and English

• Strong communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills

• Comfortable working with Outlook, Word, and Excel

Nice to Have: 

• Technical education in mechanical or electrical fields and familiarity with Johnson Controls products (HVAC, Fire & Security, Controls)

If you are relocating to Bratislava to join Johnson Controls, you will be eligible to receive a housing allowance to help you setup your new life in Slovakia. The gross monthly salary for this position starts from €1,550, plus a monthly bonus (starting after your first 6 months) and eligibility for our Sales Incentive Plan. Please note this is a MINIMUM salary and our compensation packages are based on your professional experience and qualifications.
