What will you do?

Oversee and coordinate daily maintenance activities to ensure optimal functionality and safety of plant machinery and production processes.

How will you do it?

• Direct and supervise maintenance staff in their daily tasks.

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime.

• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify issues.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with management to plan and budget for maintenance activities.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

What are we looking for?

• University degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role.

• Strong knowledge of maintenance practices and safety regulations.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance issues.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
