What will you do:

o Data steward for purchase agreements maintenance and sourcing rules within Sensormatic buying entities ERPs in accordance with company policies and procedures.

o Owns the veracity of the data in the system, performs data cleansing activities when required.

o Develop a solution when necessary to meet customer needs as it relates to timeliness and quality.

o Report creations to measure compliance using our preferred procurement options and suppliers.

o Support PBU Category buyers or managers with RFQ data and analysis.

o Support SOP’s, training documentation creation, ERP SME / Super user

o Provide timely and professional services to Product Business Unit (R&D, Product Management, Plant Operations, and Distribution Centers) and Category Management representatives.

o Familiarize yourself with the various suppliers and product lines available in stakeholder areas.

o Analyze spend data at a part number level to identify cost reduction, standardization, or simplification opportunities. This will include troubleshooting data gaps and data integrity issues.

o Support Market Intelligence activities, Economics measurements, and putting together meaningful reports for different levels of stakeholders.

o Support our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) activities by leveraging Ariba to upload and keep contracts up to date.

o Support product sku life cycle management process.

o Support our Supplier Business Continuity (SBC) by deploying actions such as Financial Assessments, Sustainability Surveys, ensuring contracts are executed, among others.

o Other PBU procurement duties as assigned.

Requirements:

o University degree and 3+ year experience in Procurement roles or Data Analysis.

o Experience with Direct Materials categories (Electronics, Electromechanics, Mechanical) a Plus Strong MS Software skills required – advanced excel preferred

o Familiar with ERP Procurement functionalities, Oracle Cloud ERP user and or ERP deployment experience a plus

o Deep understanding of RFQ process – including the steps and requirements to make an RFQ effective and successful.

o Ability to drive continuous improvement, by identifying opportunities, streamlining processes and utilizing Lean/Quality tools to reduce waste and maximize throughput.

o Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills.

o Relevant experience/knowledge in Data Analytics.

o APICS or ISM CPSM training or certifications are a plus.

o Business/Conversational English required due to nature of the role.
