We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor (MEP) to manage the financial and contractual aspects of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) projects within the Nordic region.  With a primary focus on our IREF and HVAC segment – you will oversee and manage both large and complex projects as well as smaller service projects. You will be based in Denmark, Hornslet or Holme, with flexible working arrangements. From here you will report to our Head of Commercial - UK&I and Nordic.

What you will do:

As part of the pre-contract and delivery team, you will oversee the financial and contractual aspects of industrial projects across the Nordic region from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Oversee quantity surveying and commercial management from contract award to completion across multiple projects.

  • Provide financial and contractual advice to Sales, Projects, and Design teams.

  • Monitor and control changes to ensure successful financial outcomes while minimizing risks.

  • Ensure projects meet financial and contractual objectives as part of the growth strategy.

  • Manage contracts, accounts, and negotiations, ensuring timely and profitable outcomes.

  • Resolve issues to bring projects back on track with budgets and timelines.

  • Oversee change management, implement improvements, and identify claims or opportunities.

How you will excel:

As a Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Contracts Manager, you will thrive in a commercial environment, handling ambiguity and making informed decisions to manage change effectively. You will manage multiple priorities with ease, thanks to your excellent organizational, planning, and leadership skills. You have a strong intellectual curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning, both for yourself and your team, while recognizing the value of collaboration in driving improvements and best practices.

What we look for:

  • You will be based in Denmark, with fluency in Danish, and professional proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate technical details to non-technical stakeholders.

  • You have experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Contracts Manager.
