<Job Details>

•    Conduct quality assurance assessments for OEM/ODM suppliers to ensure compliance with company standards and specifications.

•    Collaborate with suppliers to address quality issues, implement improvements, and ensure adherence to safety and performance requirements.

•    Manage quality control processes related to the manufacturing of complete products, with a focus on welding quality, electrical control accuracy, and machine performance longevity.

•    Perform regular audits of supplier production facilities to evaluate quality systems and processes.

•    Analyze product quality data and trends to identify areas for improvement in supplier performance.

•    Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective actions for quality issues.

•    Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices to enhance the quality assurance process.

<Requirements>

Educational background: Bachelor's Degree

Work Experience:
•    Familiarity with the requirements of residential and light commercial buildings, including villas and office equipment setups.

•    Experience with suppliers such as Hisense, Midea, and Bosch is highly desirable.

•    Expertise in welding quality and precision in manufacturing equipment is essential.

•    Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

•    Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
