What you will do

This person will join the sales team in Hong Kong that provides our clients with the RCx/Energy Saving Solutions. She/he will help to develop new business opportunities, secure qualified sales appointments and build a network of industry contacts and influencers to act as a source for leads to meet and exceed customer requirements on the ESG/Green Building standards.

How you will do it

  • Explore and develop new customer base with such Facilities Management, Property Developer, Banks, Schools, etc.
  • Grow Green/Energy Saving business, meet and exceed sales plan
  • Provide professional best fit Energy Saving Solutions to our client to facilitate environmental friendly systems
  • Maintain a partnership relationship with customers for the best service and products
  • Participate in sales team for pre-sales activities and design technical solution for various system
  • Coordinate and monitor the project progress with different department and contractors

What we look for

Required

Degree holder or above in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent

  • With minimum 5 years sales experience with a good proven track record in selling RCs/Energy Audit Solutions
  • Excellent negotiation and sales planning technique
  • Experience in selling solutions that meet clients' standard in ESG/Green Buildings
  • Good in project planning, communication and leadership skills and able to meet tight deadline
  • Positive, passionate and supportive attitude
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English & Mandarin is a plus
  • Excellent writing skill and submit report or document timely
  • Able to handle and solve problems independently
  • Highly adaptable and result driven
  • Highly commercial and entrepreneurial
  • Self motivated with strong initiative to meet and exceed sales plan
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager, Enterprise Solutions

Preferred

  • Experience in building service / engineering related industry would be an advantage
  • Self-motivated, hardworking and positive 
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and selling skills
  • Good spoken and written in English and Chinese
