Who are we looking for?

 

We are looking for Production Associates on our Molding line to contribute to our goals by taking responsibility for our finished product including inspecting for correct markings and defects, trimming or cutting parts if necessary, and sorting, packaging, sealing, and labeling bags of fittings. Pneumatic cutters, trimming knives, and bag sealers will be used to prepare products for packing and shipment out of the facility. Our Production Associates perform as integral members of the team by applying knowledge of routine work area procedures, completing standardized activities, and resolving or escalating task-related problems in straightforward situations within the area.

Our ideal candidate possesses a “can-do” outlook, enjoys helping others in a team environment, and being active throughout the shift. They should possess the following qualifications:

 

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Adherence to safety and quality standards, and dedication to reporting and correcting all issues

  • Dedication to maintaining a respectful workplace environment

  • Ability to understand and follow written or verbal directions, standardized work instructions, and policies

  • Ability to stand, bend, reach, and manipulate objects by hand for long hours

  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.

  • Ability to learn and demonstrate proper use of various tools including: air cutters, trimming knives, baggers, etc.

 

Desired:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment

  • Awareness of Lean Manufacturing principles
