A. PRIMARY PURPOSE (WHY DOES THIS JOB EXISTS)
This role is responsible for supporting the regional leadership program annual deploy plan, leading the internal
promotion channel to drive the learning culture, provide on-site training logistic support, regular update training
dashboard for reporting purpose.
B. PRIMARY DUTIES:
1. Training Support
- Provide logistic support and event management for the on-site training
- Provide live support if it is virtual learning solutions
2. Learning Score Card
- Update training record, feedback & report
- Create or update learning dashboard for Sales, Service and Project Delivering
- Provide assistant support for internal procurement process
3. Marketing & Communication
- SharePoint update
- Monthly Newsletter
- Event Communication
C. EDUCATION, TECHNICAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Qualifications:
- Interpersonal and influencing skills both vertically and horizontally
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Fast leaner of new technology/solutions
1. Education: Master or Bachelor in HR/OD/Psychology/English
