What You Will Do

  • As a Talent Acquisition Partner within the China TA COE team, you will play a critical role in supporting business growth by delivering end-to-end hiring across all levels within the region.
  • You will partner closely with business leaders and HRBPs to drive effective and high-quality recruitment outcomes, ensuring strong execution, operational excellence, and alignment with business priorities.

How You Will Do It

Recruiting & Stakeholder Partnership

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to HRBPs and business leaders, driving hiring strategies and execution across all levels of roles within the region.
  • Independently manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Deliver against hiring targets with a strong focus on quality of hire, speed, and candidate experience. Build deep understanding of business needs and provide practical talent insights to influence hiring decisions.

Talent Sourcing & Market Intelligence

  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to build strong and diverse talent pipelines. Lead industry mapping and talent research initiatives to strengthen market intelligence and support proactive hiring. Continuously refine sourcing approaches to ensure competitiveness in the talent market.

Recruitment Excellence & Projects

  • Drive recruiting excellence through effective process management, compliance, and continuous improvement of hiring efficiency. Lead or support recruitment-related projects such as process optimization, system enhancements, and diversity hiring initiatives. Proactively identify challenges and implement solutions to improve overall recruitment performance.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in talent acquisition (in-house or agency background).
  • Solid end-to-end recruitment fundamentals, with proven experience managing hiring across multiple levels.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and challenge business leaders.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering hiring outcomes with strong ownership and accountability.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
