What you will do:

Supervises the execution of the most basic projects (Security, BMS, ELV etc.), serves as primary on-site project leader, following standardized project management procedures, uses standard tracking tools to report project progress, evaluates project costs and progress against budget and plan.

How you will do it:

  • Establish and maintain appropriate relationships with customers, enabling the company to be active & leading, speedy response time, highly profitable, excellent payment collection position at all time.
  • External communication with customers, consultants, general contractor, supervision, design institute and other construction units, manage site activities to ensure compliance to quality standards.
  • Internal communicate and work closely with sales, engineering, project engineer, procurement and other departments to ensuring the overall company objectives/performance is achieved.
  • Prepare project documentation such as Project Plan, Technical Document, Material Document Submission, drawings and OMM.
  • Participate in the regular meeting of the project, allocate, arrange and complete the relevant work on time according to the meeting requirements and report daily or weekly progress at site.
  • Manage/Monitor/Track project and control cost to ensure project is completed on time within budget, contractual and safety standard
  • Ensure submission of Progress claim and Invoicing customer.
  • Ensure Ordering materials as per Project BOM and monitor/track the delivery schedule.
  • Built Project Margin Improvement and opportunities including VO opportunities.
  • Implement Safety measure to ensure all work is done safely.
  • Ensure system configuration, testing, commissioning and handing over to client.
  • Hand over to service team upon the successful completion of project.

What we look for:

  • Degree or above in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical engineering or equivalent (Electrical & Electronic Engineering etc.)
  • Above 7 years working experience on Construction or Building Technologies Industries and
  • Experience in Data Center project management (BMS, ELV etc.) is preferred.
  • Experience in Physical Building Security is a must.
  • PMP Certification is preferred.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Project or Primavera Software, Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
  • Strong team player and ability to multi-task.
  • Willing to travel frequently
