What you will do:

We are seeking an experienced BMS Senior Technician with a strong background in Commercial, Residential, Data Center, Hospital infrastructure to oversee and maintain the Building Management System (BMS) work across Abu Dhabi Region, The ideal candidate will ensure maximum operational uptime and efficiency while supporting environmental control systems, safety, and compliance within all infrastructure.

How you will do it:

  • Monitor and manage BMS systems across multiple Hospital, commercial, Residential building & Data center sites to ensure optimal performance, environmental control and comply with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

  • Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and troubleshooting of BMS- equipments.

  • Expertise in Chiller Plant Programming, BMS Software & programming Knowledge & Graphics Development.

  • Manage & Ensure KPIs are met & Continuous monitoring of Service Level Agreement compliance.

  • Lead and coordinate the activities of a front-line delivery team (e.g. junior technicians, contractor) in order service are performed, and flawless execution as per contractual obligations.

  • Review system alarms and provide first-line responses to system faults or deviations.

  • Analyze system data and trends to propose energy-saving initiatives and improve performance.

  • Support commissioning activities for new systems and infrastructure expansion.

  • Ensure to Prepare and maintain documentation including all kinds of Reports submission such as ( Technical/Engineering Submittal,  Operation and Maintenance Manual, and performance reports, Maintenance Reports Training Presentation etc.)

  • Identify opportunities for sales..

What we look for:

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Automation Engineering (or equivalent technical discipline).

  • Minimum 5–10 years’ experience working with BMS in a data center or critical facility environment.

  • In-depth knowledge of BMS platforms (Johnson Controls platforms).

  • Exposure to different BMS ecosystems, to adapt quickly to unfamiliar architectures or programming styles.

  • Proficient in reading CAD, diagrams, and specifications

  • Hands‑on expertise with Modbus, BACnet, MQTT, and Energy Dashboards highlights your ability to work across the major communication protocols and data‑visualization tools used in modern building automation.

  • Familiarity with data center systems such as HVAC, power distribution, fire suppression, and access control.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of MS Word & Excel, Power Point, AutoCAD.

  • Ability to work in 24x7 mission-critical environments, including on-call support if required
