The Technical Support Engineer supports sales and growth initiatives in East Europe, Poland and Baltics by providing technical/design support and training services activities for Fire Suppression Systems.
The Engineer is in direct contact with customers and/or via first line customer support in our branches.
The Technical Support Team collaborates very closely with Sales, global functional teams such as Product Management and aligned with the global Tech Services group.
