What you will do
As an Improvement Analyst, you’ll lead and support change projects that improve how we work and serve our customers. You’ll collaborate across teams to understand business needs, deliver solutions, and ensure changes are successfully embedded and continuously improved. From stakeholder engagement to post-implementation reviews, your work will drive real value across the organisation.

How you will do it
Lead medium to large-scale change initiatives using Agile, Waterfall, or PRINCE2 methodologies
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, scope projects, and communicate progress
Use data and insights to influence decisions and measure success
Navigate complex systems and processes to identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities
Conduct post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement activities
Support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and knowledge transfer
Ensure smooth handover to business owners with clear documentation and training
What we look for
Required
Experience delivering change in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
Familiarity with Agile methods (e.g. DevOps, Kanban, Lean, SCRUM)
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage competing priorities and influence outcomes
Preferred
Experience in change management, process improvement, or business analysis
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business impact and ROI
Experience with system and process architecture
Skilled in reporting, facilitation, and knowledge sharing
Comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
