What you will do

  • Accurately manage inventory, inventory movement and security of all fire alarm devices, sprinkler, and suppression equipment inventory

  • Work weekly report to demonstrate activity to reconcile negatives

  • Spot check inventory accuracy for all levels of service department employees

  • Inventory adjustments managed and maintained on a weekly cycle

  • Implement circuit board and electronic parts return program.

  • Communicate tracking information of parts that are shipped to customers and technicians

  • Inventory control by following the process identified, keeping accurate and timely records for each project customer.

  • Manage and maintain the Fire Alarm Open Call Report

  • Manage warehouse, accurately control inventory and provide organizational skills

  • Timely and accurate receiving of parts is critical to provide excellent customer service

What we look for

  • Strong organizational skills, positive attitude, excellent follow-through, and an ability to learn quickly.

  • 5+ years of equivalent Inventory Control experience

  • Strong computer knowledge of on line programming and MS Excel

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
