About the Role

As a Service Co-Ordinator, you will be the backbone of our Service department, providing essential support to ensure smooth operations. You'll also lend a helping hand to other areas of the business when needed. If you enjoy variety and have a knack for multitasking, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • General administration tasks.

  • Coordinating travel arrangements.

  • Managing document control and expediting component deliveries.

  • Handling visa applications and training schedules.

  • Compiling dispatch dossiers, O&Ms, and MRBs.

  • Assisting with Health & Safety initiatives and processing expenses.

You’ll also play a vital role in ensuring our reception runs smoothly—answering calls, greeting visitors, booking conference rooms, and more!

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking a candidate who has:

  • A good standard of English and Maths.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Nitro PDF, Teams, and Outlook.

  • A professional telephone manner.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.

Bonus Points:

Experience in document control, travel coordination, or similar roles will make you stand out!
