The Service Engineer – Controls, Fire & Security Systems is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire safety and security systems, including fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and suppression systems. This role ensures all systems are fully operational and compliant with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, test, and commission fire safety and security systems.
• Perform regular maintenance and servicing, ensuring system functionality.
• Troubleshoot and repair faults in fire alarms, CCTV, and security systems.
• Conduct safety inspections, ensuring compliance with fire and security regulations.
• Provide technical support and recommendations to clients on system improvements.
• Maintain accurate service records and provide detailed reports.
• Respond to emergency system failures and provide rapid resolution.

Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Fire Safety, or a related field.
• 5+ 
• years of experience in servicing fire and security systems.
• Strong technical knowledge of fire alarms, CCTV, and access control systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications in fire safety or security systems are preferred
