What you will do

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Monthly reporting per contractual requirements as a self-reporting contract
  • Track project performance measures and document progress. · Provide regular updates to stakeholders and ensure proper documentation is maintained1.
  • How you will do it:
  • Oversee the reporting and management of the financial operations of the facility and projects · Prepare as requested and maintain as required financial records, including budgets, forecasts, and financial statements. · Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.
  • Issuing of contracts in accordance with project and JCI policy.
  • Budgeting and Reporting:
  • Contribute to the develop of and monitoring of budgets for facility operations and projects. · Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports as requested. · Contribute to financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Maintain a project pipeline report from inputs from Team Members.
  • Responsibility to learn and manage the information within specific JCI financial programming
  • Vendor Management to include invoice controls and sign off, payment terms met as contractually agreed, updates to vendor profile, vendor set up.

Compliance and Auditing:

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. · Coordinate and support internal and external audits.

Facility Coordination:

  • Manage contracts related to facility maintenance and services.
  • Manage project related documentation as directed. · Oversee facility-related financial transactions and ensure cost-effective operations.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, facility management, project management, or a related industry experience in the field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in facility management or project coordination would be an asset.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. o Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure o Proficiency MS Excel, Smartsheet and Sharepoint.

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $30-36 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
