What you will do

This person will support the sales team in Hong Kong. She/he will assist the sales team throughout the sales process.

How you will do it

  • Translate business requirements into clear, concise, and comprehensive system;

  • Identify and suggest solutions to improve and automate business processes. Work with other departments to create comprehensive solutions for shared business needs. Test solutions to ensure they meet requirements and provide the expected benefits.

  • Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to encourage innovation and collect feedback from stakeholders. Oversee project scope, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation of business solutions.

  • Provide training, documentation and ongoing support to end-users on new processes and systems; Develop process flows, user stories and other artifacts to communicate

  • Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, workshops, and follow-ups

  • Manage the sales pipeline; Prepare and distribute sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.

  • Maintain customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records;

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide administrative support to the sales team

  • Process sales orders, invoices, PO and other related documentation; Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless sales-related activities

  • Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks

What we look for

Required

  • Higher Diploma holder or above, preferably in Business or equivalent
  • 1 - 2 years’ related work experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred

  • Experience in engineering related industry would be an advantage
  • Experience in excel including vlookup, pivot table, etc.
  • Self-motivated, hardworking and positive 
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Good spoken and written in English and Chinese
