How you will do it:
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the quantity surveying and commercial management of various projects from the time of contract award through to completion. This position requires you to provide expert commercial and contractual guidance to our Sales and Projects teams, ensuring favorable financial outcomes while effectively managing commercial risks. 

What you will do:

  • Managing contracts and accounts for diverse projects, ensuring stringent controls over project variations and final accounts.
  • Leading successful negotiations and implementing corrective actions as necessary to keep projects aligned with budgets, timelines, and contractual commitments.
  • Overseeing change processes, identifying opportunities for claims, and ensuring precise contract administration.
  • Working collaboratively both internally and externally to apply best practices and ensure successful project outcomes.

What we look for:

  • Experience in Sprinkler Fire Suppression and HVAC projects, or within the general Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) sector.
  • Strong commercial and financial risk management skills.
  • A proven track record of managing and delivering large-scale commercial projects successfully.
  • Exceptional ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
