What you will do
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Sales Coordinator to oversee our sales coordination team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales operations, supporting the sales team, and ensuring efficient processes that drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
How you will do it
- Lead and mentor a team of sales coordinators, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
- Oversee the sales coordination process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of sales orders and customer inquiries. Apart from that, you will handle one of the Business Units by yourself, providing sales coordination support at the same level as your team does for other Business Units.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate communication between sales and other teams (credit, order to cash, trade compliance, operations) to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Train and onboard new team members.
What we look for
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7-8 years of experience in sales support or similar, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis (Excel) and Salesforce.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead a team, manage multiple priorities, and work collaboratively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
