What you will do

Working with the Physical Security Systems corporate accounts for the security systems (Access Control & CCTV system).

What we look for

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, E&TC etc.)
  • Fluency in English language.
  • Must be a quick learner.
  • Confident in building a conversation
  • Lennel / CCURE / Genetec certified engineer.
  • Configuration of IP CCTV cameras of AXIS Make VMS platform
  • Hardening Axis Cameras-configuration of AXIS IP CCTV cameras for stream, storage, schedule and rule on the camera side and on Genetec side
  • Programming, testing, and commissioning of physical security systems, including access control, video Surveillance, and intrusion detection systems.
  • Should have strong domain knowledge of Security System programming for CCURE, , Exacqvision Lenel S2 & Genetec product line.
  • Should have global customer facing experience min 4-8 years.
  • Maintain high quality, on time delivery and handle customer communication efficiently.
  • Should act as interface to customers and is responsible to ensure that projects / tasks are executed within agreed schedule and budget to meet the customer technical specification requirements.
  • Coordinate with Client and its teams to drive resolution to assigned task.
  • Coordinate with security integrators to resolve hardware failures and ensure that all testing and validation is completed prior to integrator departure.
  • Support team initiatives to upgrade or patch security hardware and software infrastructure.
  • Support continual process improvement by executing and validating existing documentation.
  • Perform periodic audits of security systems/ devices/ cameras to ensure they are

fully functional for desired health performance.

  • Ability to multitask while balancing shifting priorities.
  • Ability to travel on site location as per requirement

Preferred

  • CCURE, LenelS2, Exacqvision & Genetec software work experience.
  • Managing physical security technology or 2-4 years of supporting IT infrastructure in

corporate environments.

  • Experience supporting Enterprise Access Control – LenelS2 (Software House), Video and Access Management (GENETEC), Visitor Management and Incident management systems. Experience.
  • Understanding of security hardware including but not limited to door controllers, readers, electrified locking hardware, dual factor authentication, cameras, video recording hardware, intrusion detection systems, duress hardware.
  • Ability to communicate actual information and ideas in English, clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, often under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Understanding of basic networking concepts and knowledge of Windows-based network
  • Ability to think critically, assess and investigate systems issues to understand the

underlying cause and work with team to document, validate and execute programmatic
