What will you do?
Ensure requested materials are available and complete.
Supervise picking and packing processes.
Monitor timing and accuracy in order fulfillment.
Check inventory levels and report shortages or excesses.
Identify system discrepancies and suggest corrections.
Oversee material reception and proper storage.
Control outbound flows to production.
Assign tasks to warehouse or picking staff.
Train the team on procedures, safety, and system usage.
Evaluate performance and motivate the team to achieve goals.
Propose efficiency improvements in picking operations.
Identify bottlenecks or recurring errors.
Collaborate with other departments (purchasing, logistics, production).
Generate reports on picking performance, errors, and productivity.
Document incidents and corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records in the system.
Attend staff meetings.
Monitor idle times.
Perform root cause analysis.
How will you do it?
What are we looking for?
Completed professional degree.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in material management or inventory control.
SAP proficiency; WMS and MM modules (desirable).
Internal logistics concepts.
Root cause analysis tools.
Strong analytical skills focused on process optimization and waste reduction.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with teams and external partners.
Leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams in dynamic environments.
Proficiency in material management software and inventory tracking systems.
Schedule availability for rotating shifts.
