We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiting Events Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team! In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind our recruiting events strategy—planning and executing career fairs, virtual information sessions, and employer branding initiatives. You’ll also take the lead on our social media presence to attract top talent and showcase our vibrant company culture.

Our Recruiting Events Coordinator will be a hybrid position working out of our Glendale, WI headquarters two days a week. This is a 5–7-month contract position on our dynamic Early Careers team where you can make an immediate impact and grow your skills!

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate all logistics for recruiting events including career fairs, virtual info sessions, and campus engagements.
  • Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and external partners to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Manage event calendars, invitations, registrations, and follow-up communications.
  • Develop and execute a social media strategy to promote job openings, events, and company culture across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter).
  • Track and analyze event and social media performance metrics to optimize future efforts.
  • Create engaging content such as event recaps, employee spotlights, and behind-the-scenes stories to enhance our employer brand.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in event coordination, recruiting, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Hootsuite).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Passion for creating memorable candidate experiences and promoting company culture.
