We’re looking for motivated individuals—whether you're a recent graduate or have up to 2 years of experience—who are eager to learn and ready to take on the challenge of cold calling and lead qualification.

What You’ll Do

As an Inside Sales Associate, you’ll help identify new business opportunities and support our sales team by qualifying leads and connecting with potential customers. You’ll learn how to use tools like Salesforce, make outbound calls, and help turn interest into real sales opportunities.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Researching and identifying potential customers

• Making outbound calls to start conversations and understand customer needs

• Qualifying leads and passing them to the sales team

• Keeping track of leads and updates in our CRM system

• Supporting sales campaigns and improving customer engagement

What we look for

• Recent graduates or early-career professionals (up to 2 years of experience)

• Fluent in German and English

• Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic sales environment

• Strong communication and listening skills

• Motivated, proactive, and able to work independently

• Positive attitude and professional approach

Nice to Have:

• University degree in Business, Electronics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• Basic knowledge of Johnson Controls products and solutions

The gross monthly salary for this position starts from € 1,400, plus a monthly bonus (starting after your first 6 months) and eligibility for our Sales Incentive Plan. Please note this is a MINIMUM salary and our compensation packages are based on your professional experience and qualifications.
